Are tyres at Tyres R US fully guaranteed?
All tyres at Tyres R US are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the legal useful life of the tyres irrespective of the mileage. Warranty varies from tyre to tyre company; however we pass all the information honestly and fulfil all the relevant commitments.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong tyre size?
Within 14 days from the date of order placement with additional charges for the unused/non fitted/undamaged tyres, you have to bear. Within close vicinities may contact directly and depending on circumstances we might help to facilitate.

What actually does the price of the new tyre(s) include?
There are no hidden additional charges. If we offer some discounts, or free offers that will be displayed within our campaigns or ads. The prices are inclusive of GST. The invoice is sent to the client via email within 72 working hours or may delayed due to unknow circumstances. 

What is the standard delivery time?
The standard delivery time for an order is 5-7 working days. Over 95% of our orders are delivered within the standard time. When the tyres are dispatched, we send out a notification to the client via e-mail. However, if you need it urgent, please call us our office number and if time slot is available then we will be glad to work it out.

How much do I pay for the delivery?
Time to time offer changes. Sometime is Zero cost, sometimes we may add extra cost for regional areas. Once we come to know the details of your order will let you know about the cost through our automated system.

Can I get my tyres delivered to a location other than my personal address?
We deliver to the location confirmed by our client prior to the delivery to any alternative location of their choice. However once delivery is commenced it can’t be changed.

What exactly is the date of production of the tyres which are available at Tyres R US?
90% of our stock is fresh and supplied by our suppliers just on time basis. However, some of the specials might be stored for long. However will never have impact  on the quality of the tyre and warranties will remain applicable in terms of the brand new tyres (Usual).
